We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For ski goggles this means that the protective film inside the ski goggles must be intact. If it’s removed it can’t be considered unused.

Any product returned in poor condition or already used will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, you may have it sent back to you by covering the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 to 10 business days.
